Listen here to our inspirational Podcasts in which we talk to a wide range of guests, from former Olympians to special needs educationalists who share their experiences and insights - all really relevant to our athletes. Many congratulations to Coach Claudia and our swimmers who were in Colorado for this competition. Not only did our swimmers make waves in the pool but they were also great ambassadors for Down syndrome sport. Huge thanks to the team at Move United for putting on a really good event!
We are thrilled to launch our live, online Zumba class. Zumba as a CrossFit activity is suitable for all athletes and has many health benefits. Weekly sessions are free to our members and a lot of fun! See the DSSA Event Calendar for dates and times.
